Road Trip!

Molly, Zippy and I are going on a road trip and you could come with us (Sort of. It's a very small car and the ex-boyo is coming too).

Ex-boyo is asleep in the back. Molly is a better navigator.

A Jack Russell, an Ex and an Electric Car in Europe—What Could Go Wrong?

One of the advantages of living in England is being so close to mainland Europe (New Zealand is four hours by plane to get to its nearest neighbouring country, Australia). Assuming she gets her Animal Health Certificate (over £300 from our local vet, so we are booked in tomorrow to go to Passpets in Havant. They charge £99.) Molly and I will be leaving our little life in England for a holiday (or “vacation” as Americans call it). We will be testing Zippy to his limits, taking the ferry from Dorset to France and driving down to the Basque Country in Spain, where I used to live with the ex-boyo. He’s coming too (let’s hope this works out… 🤪)!

We will visit old friends and see what has changed since I last updated my book in 2023, before we tiki-tour a little further afield.

I invite my under-rewarded paid subscribers to join us for the ride as I sketch postcards and attempt to put out little posts via my phone.

Everyone else, we’ll see you at the beginning of July.
